Data Deletion Policy

At MB Maily (Maily Pulse), we respect your privacy and provide the ability to completely remove your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account?

  1. Sign in to your account at https://maily-pulse.lt/.
  2. Go to the "Settings" section via the side menu.
  3. At the bottom of the settings page, find the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Confirm the action. Your account and all generated surveys will be immediately removed.

What data is deleted?

Upon confirming deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our servers (Supabase):

  • All your account registration data (name, email).
  • All created surveys and their settings.
  • All respondent answers and collected NPS scores.
  • AI assistant conversation history (if you used the Business plan).

Request via email

If you cannot sign in to your account or would like us to delete your data, please send a request from the email address you registered with:

Email: labas@maily.lt

Upon receiving your request, we will remove the data within 7 business days and send a confirmation.

Important Information

Please note that once your account is deleted, data recovery is not possible. If you have an active paid subscription (Pro or Business), it will be automatically cancelled in Stripe.
