These terms establish the conditions for using the Maily Pulse platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms set by MB Maily.

1. Service Description

Maily Pulse provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for measuring customer loyalty, creating surveys, and conducting AI analytics.

Free plan: 50 responses per month, 1 user.
Pro plan (€59/mo): 1,000 responses per month, 3 users, option to remove branding.
Business plan (€109/mo): 3,000 responses per month, 10 users, AI assistant.
Enterprise: Custom terms and pricing.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds for the current billing period are not provided.

Users are responsible for the security of their account and the content they publish in surveys.
Using the platform for illegal activities or sending spam is prohibited.
The AI Assistant is available only to Business plan users.

All platform elements, including AI Pulse technology and design, belong to MB Maily. Users retain rights to their submitted data and logos.

We reserve the right to suspend access to services if a user exceeds plan limits or violates these terms.
